Excellent facility and place to hold a large meet. 2 of the pools are 50 meter by 25 yards. It is a top of the line aquatics center. The front desk can NOT find the certificate and said "the teacher found a full-time job" so we can not check with her to see where she put the certificates. We received lots of complements on the venue and the size of the pool! Currently there are three options for finding out the lap swim hours: call in, check the City's website, and check the William Woollett Aquatics Center Facebook page. I left and forgot about it until after I followed up to find that my children were signed up for a session that did not work for us. Lauren handled the reservations and the entire staff was courteous, professional, and just simply superb. This place should focus on creating a happy birthday experience. My recommendation if you have young swimmers is to sign them for the city's classes for a few times, once your kids are confident inside the pool transfer them to Nova, which is the swimming school that trains kids at this location, I did that with my daughter when she was younger and now she swims 3 times a week with Nova, she is not a strong swimmer but she loves the enviroment and the friends she has made there.Its a championship aquatic center, where swimmers can train and excel at their sport. Love this facility! I am disappointed at the class evaluation at 1st class.
