I wanted to know everything there was to know about the people, the hurricane, and the recovery of the island.The damage caused by Hurricane Irma could be broken into two categories: buildings that were under repair and buildings that were left abandoned.Saint Martin’s capital, Marigot, seemed to have numerous buildings that fit into the latter category.
