I have all but one of the shards. This quest has two triggering requirements. Emprise du Lion is a high-level snowy area with several dragons and late-game loot. Shards can be found in the Hinterlands, The Forbidden Oasis, The Western Approach, Exalted Plains, Emerald Graves, Emprise du Lion, and The Hissing Wastes. First, you must find a “Collectible Shard” in any area (though likely the Hinterlands as you complete Once you have a shard (any shard will do), you must return to Haven. Fallow Mire and Crestwood have no shards. I'm running on xbox 360 here, so I wonder if perhaps this is just a sad "we didn't really do the graphics for your system" error. I've watched the walkthrough video on youtube, so I know where it should be, but in my game, the flags all the way to the right are only blowing ever so gently in the breeze and are blocking my view/ability to register the shard. I'd also discount the Forbidden Oasis, the Western Approach, the Exalted Plains, the Emerald Graves, Emprise du Lion, and the Hissing Wastes, seeing as none of their Occulara reveal 4 shards. The ancient name of these craggy highlands has long been lost to time. THIS is a screen shot of the shards near, Suledin Keep. Unfortunately, while trying to gather all the shards in the Emprise Du Lion, I came across this Ocularum: Has anyone figured this out yet? Has anyone else had this problem and does anyone have any suggestions? I don't even think that this would be hard to integrate into the game. You already said that number (1) that is in the Keep is not the one you're referring to. Also, as a curiousity question, since I don't hold out hope of completing: when you've opened all of the shard doors in the three elements, does the non-interactive shard door you see right as you walk into the cave do anything? The skulls are marked on your map, and they're called Ocularums. I was thinking something along the lines of: you pick an emperor or empress, and have a meeting about what's happening, then off to seize Corypheus supply of red lyrium in emprise du lion or something like that. When the first Valmont emperor was crowned in the Exalted Age, the mountains were renamed Emprise du Lion to honor the House of Valmont, which bears a lion upon its crest. I can't remember interacting with it before (although it's possible I did so weeks ago), and it looks like it might be neat.
