I know of a cheater who is super obvious and has lots of skins (he has screenshots showing cheats and streams with cheats on, so I'm not just some nova thinking he's cheating because he beat me) and on his profile there was a link from one of his friends saying "lol I got you in overwatch" and it had a screenshot of the demo and you could see his skins.
