If you want some who knows what she's doing and will work with you to get you the best… We were buying our first house and she guided us through the whole process. I ordered a dress from Nelly.com. Didn’t get an answer and been trying to contact them for a month.

There are over 1,080 bowling balls and over 17,000 reviews available. Nelly has great customer service. We're all about consumer reviews. However a few weeks back there was a campaign with the offer spend 150€ get 50€ off. Thanks for Bernd, solved my problem!

I wasn’t sure if I order ever again from Nelly.com but because of him I sure will. Simply amazing! And also it say human hair but it is 100% synthetic hair it is silk strait synthetic hair and they do not give you the option of posting the hair be a they know they are false advertising!

Not lace wigs as described on website and they are NOT EVEN HUMAN! I will never buy from this online store again. In the end I had to pay €15 to return €50 of items. This is a professional and excellent e-shop. He took great care of my queries. Visit this website The dress fits very well and is my normal size. A packet was lost by the transporter, this is confirmed by the transporter, but Nelly will still require a 2 weeks waiting périod just to annoy the customer before opening a support case and issuing a refund.

They made me pay more money than i actually needed to pay If I could give no stars I would but this site is fake advertising point blank period!

They are changing explanations everytime i explain why this is not right and not valid with my case. Customer service is super nice!

Bernd from the customer service has been absolutely great. Contacted customer service only to be told it is correct even though i have not received the discount that i was promised. Better Business Bureau helps consumers find businesses and charities they can trust. I didn’t have time to return the dress so I suggested that maybe I can get a new earrings which I planned to order. Nelly does not prioritize its customers not the customer experience. Very impressed with "Nelly".
