We went on a Monday and there was no one else on the tour besides the guide and ourselves which was very personable and private. Access to the Lockport Cave office building is limited to a single visitor, following temperature check, to confirm tour reservations and complete payment processing (if necessary). Page (I believe) the tour guide was very kind and knowledgeable.
