There's a walking trail into town. Place was very, very clean.

The staff was very attentive. Our family was very pleased with Best Western. Rooms were great.

The breakfast was pretty good (eggs, bacon or sausage, biscuits, gravy, etc.) This is a great place to stay, and we have never been disappointed. Service great!

Short easy drive to Great Smokey Mt Railroad and Cherokee. This was not a $200 plus per night facility in my opinion. The river is calling you! Normally I wouldn't pay the premium price for a holiday stay (in this case, Memorial day weekend) as I did this time, but the River Escape is well worth it! Rooms are nice and the staff is always great. The girl at the reception was very helpful as to where we could find a place to eat and she just provided very good service.generally. Thank you so much for the kind words.

love that shower. River Rapids right outside of our patio door. This is the first time we have stayed in this hotel and everything about it is amazing! They sold beer and wine (limited selection) which we liked as the closest place to otherwise purchase was 5 miles away. The grandkids enjoyed the indoor pool.

Breakfast was good (there were gluten free options available). I love the addition of snacks and drinks.

This has been one of mine and my husbands favorite get away spots. Thank you also for your kind words. We tried for 1 hour to get the problem resolved but to no avail. Which lots of people used. Kudos to the hotel for having plant-based plates and bowls in the breakfast area (now how about a compost bin?). Dillsboro is a quaint little town and offers close proximity to Sylva, Cullowhee, and WCU.

Hot breakfast has whatever you might want to eat and the area is clean and well-serviced.
Right on the river!

They make it a great place.

Nice selection of movie channels for evening movie watching. Staff is so nice& friendly - I would like to give a shout out to Josh!!!!!!!
This was a complete surprise to me.

Pretty good but boring. Hotel staff promptly replaced the bed sheet when we reported about the stain. This hotel is worth $68 to $73/night. I highly recommend a balcony room which has several chairs to enjoy the Rafters and Fly Fishing activity on the Tuckaseegee River. On nice days, you can even sit out on the deck and enjoy your breakfast alongside the river.

That's what we had till we were moved. $ The river is calling! We had my wife's family reunion here and loved our stay.

It was perfect!

A short drive away is Sylva which has more restaurants and is cute too! I hope the weather is nice for your next stay so you can truly enjoy all of the beauty western North Carolina, and the Tuckaseigee River, has to offer. But I would expect the hotel would have policies about noise. We hope to see you againg soon.

Great experience!

I think everyone woke up at the same time so there was a crowd and we had to wait for more food to be prepared.

I can not recommend this hotel enough.

Hotel is very clean and the river view and sounds are breathtaking! We'd go hear again to take advantage of the great location and very kind people running the place whether it as at the front desk or breakfast room.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. (I watched people going for seconds and thirds scoop up the biscuits and gravy before I even had a taste!) On the southern side of the Smokey Mountains this small gem of a hotel at Dillsboro is "a really nice place to stop and unwind". I have never received a call back. Breakfast was very good the breakfast area was comfortable with a view of the river.

Have a great day!

Lovely outside seating by the river. Great food as you dine watching the Tucaseegee River roll by. I'm glad you enjoyed it. Own or manage this property?

Rocking chairs or table and chairs, on a huge balcony, if you want to be outside. The room above is jumped , banged, screamed til 1am. On the deck are chairs and umbrella covered tables. In particular, I was extremely impressed with Jess, Season, and Meagan. This hotel was incredibly amazing!

The main reason that we chose this hotel was because it is located near Hwy.
