Low guest numbers (max of four couples while we were there) ensured extra attention but no entertainment and from reading other reviews, would normally occur so was disappointing. Pool is an infinity pool facing the ocean.Had a really good time here and they were extremely accommodating to the group of 7 we had. The resort had very good live music when we were there which made afternoon cocktails around the pool all the more relaxing. The food was delicious. The rooms were wonderful! The free breakfast is simple but quite good. Samoas best kept secret.We have lived in Samoa for 18 months and have just discovered this beautiful resort. Yes, guests often enjoy the ocean view available here. Definitely will coming back again. Bonus having a continental breakfast included in the room rate, but the resort isnt 5*., lack of attention to detail is the main issue, whether it is the complicated tv instructions, toilet not flushing, etc. The food is the perfect mix of fresh local and quality imported cuisine.

All the staff and accomodation were wonderful, food delicious and plentiful and the breakfast muffins were exceptional, so much so I got the recipe. Really clean, spacious and with views across the reef.

The natural beauty of the sea, the sound of the waves breaking on the reef, the well-tended gardens of tropical flowers (frangipani, coleus, hibiscus), and most of all the staff -- can't say enough about how wonderful this resort is.
The hospitality of all the staff, however, absolutely made our trip. The staff are super friendly and make you feel very welcomed!
Our room was spectacular with views of fish swimming below our balcony every morning. Located close to popular spots like the To Sua Trench and waterfalls. Good snorkeling around the resort and kayaks on site a plus. From our deck, we had the privilege of witnessing the most beautiful sunsets, over the pristine lagoon, of an evening, and waking to wonderful sunrises, each morning. Paradise Mothers day weekend at Aga Reef resort was amazing. Own or manage this property? The beach is ok and the suspended pool has a wonderful backdrop of the sea. Being somewhat isolated on the south coast means there isnt a lot to do if you arent into sea/pool swimming as there are no other shops, cafes, etc.
