I ordered a meal through the JUST EAT app I paid it in full I received no delivery they can't even be bothered to look into the fact that their delivery driver did not attend to the farm ma and now are telling me I will receive no refund whatsoever I'm going to take it to trading standards as this is outrageous and I don't think they even care please do not use them
I was out in the pub last night and decided I fancied a Chinese, so I did what I sometimes do, I went onto Just Eat and ordered it to be delivered at a set time when I knew I'd be at home.I'd just got on the bus and the delivery driver phoned me 45 minutes before the delivery time saying he was outside my house. Late and cold? I ordered a mcdonalds breakfast which came to £13.36.
Phoned the restaurant for them to very rude and aggressive down the phone and refusing to do anything to help , after 20 minutes of searching finally find the number for just eat to sort our problem out they refused to re-deliver our order or provide us with a re-fund so i had to have a bag of crisps for my dinner and go to bed to stop my sugar level dropping to much!

I'm not ordering from them again!Lots of my local places now advertise other Just Eat alternatives in the window. Called them, told them what happened and asked if I could either have a refund or just reorder the food and if they check the drivers gps (which take 2 minutes) they will see they were nowhere near my home. App is very unhelpful and does not care for its customers. Ordered food like we usually would from just eat at what was our favourite restaurant, my husband met me from work to walk me back as we ordered our dinner due to being heavily pregnant, to get a call from the delivery driver as were 2 mins away from home!
