Being in the hospital is scary but for my 4 year old daughter she was brave and strong because this hospital staff made her feel so safe.We went to the Saint Peter's University ER when a family member experienced unexpected symptoms. We did have a very brief stint in their NICU this time around (12 hours) and the staff there is incredible and security and care are top-notch. Spent wonderful days here when I gave birth to my daughter. Now 2 hours. My two pregnancies have been at this hospital and I am so grateful for everyone person who was there to help me. I was unexpectedly pregnant at 42 for the first time and we were thrilled. Lactation consultant spent 45 unrushed minutes with me. They were supposed to do x-rays and NOTHING!! And to top it all off I called them today and told them it was urgent and i'm not getting any better....never called me back! I walked in at 7:28pm and left around 11:30pm.

They gave me no medicine, no advice, and claimed it looked fine but then why would it be hurting for so damn long? After resting for a bit in the lobby we decided to go over to the emergency department. They immediately took xrays and she was immediately diagnosed. Was in terrible pain. I told them i'm not paying those bills because i paid them 3 years ago. It's been hurting for a week! Wow!!!!

I can can go on & on on how amazing I was treated. So, we were sold with St. Peters.I went to St Peters for a routine CVS test at 13 weeks.

Regrettably, while visiting, my husband started to not feel well. I wish all three of my deliveries happened here. i rather just go to urgent care. What a monument to total disorganization. There was some wait for testing, and results, but good things take time.
