Each unit has allocated parking space under facility which requires security fob for vehicle to enter and leave. The Beach Hotel is ideally located, if proximity to the beach is desired. This is not a public pool and the By Laws for this building and our insurance state that the facilities may only be used by registered guests. Great place to stay but overly officious management We’ve been regular visitors to The Beach resort at Cabarita and have always found it a great place for a peaceful weekend away. After checkout your wife wanted to bring in the grandchildren and family, whom were not staying here to use our swimming pools and was advised that the pools and facilities are for registered guests and of which they were not and in addition you had both checked out. We’d emptied our room and moved out so that they could clean up as needed.
