Dr. Baron starred on the Lifetime show, Atlanta Plastic, where 3 of Atlanta's top African American surgeons work with new clients who go under the knife to look and feel their best. This reality show focused on three black plastic surgery doctors - two in Kennesaw, one in Buckhead - and their work with patients. Doctors Crawford and Mcknight-Baron are co-partners in a practice based in Marietta, Georgia.

Atlanta Plastic follows three of the country's top African- American plastic surgeons as they shatter stereotypes and provide a wide range of beauty procedures to clients of all ethnic backgrounds.
Although he’s trained from head-to-toe cosmetic and reconstructive surgery- his particular specialty is breast augmentation. Lifetime is trying to take a different angle with "Atlanta Plastic," debuting at 10 p.m. Friday featuring three local black plastic surgeons, two based in Kennesaw and one in Buckhead. As a new surgeon, Dr. McKnight-Baron has recently joined Dr. Crawford’s practice and is quickly becoming an integral part of the practice.
The series will move to its regular time period of 9pm ET/PT beginning April 1.“Atlanta Plastic” is produced by Intuitive Entertainment for broadcast on Lifetime.
