The Finns seem to have a fixation with sex-imbued scenes. These two have interesting subplots throughout, one of which ends with the climactic final crime.Others in the police department included the boss Taina (Kristiina Halttu) and another investigator Niko (Ilkka Villi).
Suddenly Kari and the cops arrive and we see Lena punching the boxing club guy in the face. I haven’t seen the second season yet. The memories of nasty crimes in the city haunt him.
“The Fury” was about fighting dogs and abused women. Johanna's secrets catch up with her. His new co-workers slowly adjust to his ways of analyzing crimes. They were frequently partners when crimes were investigated. As others have noted, there are mystifying gaps that never get filled in, e.g., the killer dog was apparently an extra. My personal feeling was that he was mildly autistic. The plan was that he would have more time for them in a smaller police department.
