It was absolute chaos and many other dinners were unhappy on other tables.Hello We were very much overbooked due to a failing on our booking system ... which we only found out about on the morning of the day ... we really did try to look after everyone .... of over 400 diners who turned up we had less than 2% who were unhappy ... not good enough for the 2% we know ... but our team really did their best ... we have learned from this and will not allow the same failing to affect us or our customers again
