I interviewed at Revolut (New York, NY (US)) in June 2019.I was contacted by a member of the HR staff, whom stated that they felt my background was a good fit for the position but before moving forward I would need to complete an Analytical test which would take about one hour. Big problem I observed is the interviewer do not understand recruiting process. We execute. In the result I got a feeling that Revolute does not have understandable selection criteria, you could be hight tech talent but get rejection because of personal sympathy or something else.The process took 2+ weeks. I interviewed at Revolut.Unstructured, had to chase multiple times and spend tons of time on a home assignment.... only never to have the document opened and have the contact reach back out to me and say that the answers weren't what they were looking for (despite never even opening the document...). LOL...shame common sense doesnt apply and basic understanding of skills. We innovate. Happy to hear you had a good experience interviewing with us. And only juniors can ace a bogus excel test....Nothing replaces real on the job experience and ones ability to demonstrate results...but alas they arent looking for that, they're junior guys looking for more lightweights who are just winging it...I guess that explains the angst and high turnover ...growing pains indeed!I applied online. All our home tasks get pulled into our ATS system and get reviewed by a pre-assigned panel. Etc. Eventually (test passed) and not a hiring manager will have a phone call with you. No politics.

This company lives up to its horrible reputation. We operate in small teams. It could be a good idea to write your CV in the same style.Low level profanity is ok at Revolut.
