The location is excellent...So sad to be writing this for a place I once considered top in the city but really hope they improve! It filled up quickly.
lets start with the poor service, no one filled our waters...Pretty disappointing in comparison to Boulud's fabulous NYC restaurant (Daniel). While staying at the Ritz Hotel, we usually visit for at least breakfast.

A memorable evening as it was a special retirement for my friend and his wife for 31 years of loyal government service.
