Steinkuehler, 42, of High Ridge died early Saturday morning (July 25) when she was riding in a boat at the Lake of the Ozarks in Camden County and another boat crashed into it, the Missouri State Highway Patrol reported.Four others were hurt in the accident, including two who were seriously injured.In addition, a 52-year-old New Haven man was arrested for suspicion of boating while intoxicated following the accident, the report said.The accident occurred at 12:02 a.m. in the main channel near the 18 mile marker, where the New Haven man was driving a 1995 Sea Ray downstream and struck the port side of a 2005 Formula headed upstream and driven by Scott M. Comia, 42, of O’Fallon, the report said.Steinkuehler, who was a passenger in the Formula, was pronounced dead at the scene at 1:17 a.m.Comia and three other passengers in the Formula were injured.Two of the passengers – a 13-year-old High Ridge girl and Brad W. Steinkuehler, 43, of High Ridge – were seriously hurt and taken by helicopter to University Hospital in Columbia, the report said.Comia and another passenger – Jason A.
