This place is a CIRCUS ever since the building was bought by new ownership. Here are some of the problems I have had (all with the new management):This place is horrifying. We will use this review to help guide future improvement efforts.I have lived here for the last 3 years, since the previous management. I'm really enjoying it, and cannot wait until summer for the pool! The staff is friendly, but sometimes unable to help because management is really terrible. Angela is fantastic and is a master facilitator if you have any needs. We aim to take the stress out of where you live so you can focus on how you live. Naturally, the neighborhood is a top choice for many students, faculty, and staff seeking a rental close to campus. Many properties are now offering LIVE tours via FaceTime and other streaming apps. Good luck finding anyone who says anything other than, "Want another space heater?". Many of the residents were recent graduates or current graduate students so the vibe was not that of an undergrad frat house. To add insult to injury, the management allows people to reserve one of the two operating elevators, leaving the building of 29 floors down to one elevator during the morning rush hour.
The area is safe and is well lit at night. Please stop by the office at your earliest convenience so we may develop ways to enhance your living experience.We stayed there for 1 year and a half and we loved it, but we are very disappointed with the move-out process.
