They wanted to charge me 250 dollars. They said no, but when I then asked again why should I have to pay a bill just because they "feel" like charging me. I have never missed a payment and never caused any issues. Every little bit helps. Anyhow if I don’t get results within the week I’ll just sue the other driver and perhaps his insurance will react at that point. Horrendously dissatisfied. They took 2 months to process the claim and it's really hard for body shop to contact them, they never paid me rental coverage. As part of the claim he has to provide me a vehicle while they send my car to Body shop. I tried to pay by chat, no their chat is busy "Unfortunately, all of our chat agents are busy at this time."
